4. Boglins
Like Ew! Gross me out! Boglins, by Mattel, took creepy to a whole new level and were great for totally freaking out sisters, parents and teachers! Boglins were actually hand puppets made from flexible rubber that you could use to make different expressions.
Capitalizing on movies like Gremlins and Ghost Busters, Mattel released Boglins toys in 1987 and produced them until 1994. Boglins were created by Jim Hensen Company alumni Tim Clarke, Maureen Trotto and Larry Mass.
